About cbaCAD GmbH
cbaCAD GmbH offers its own applications based on various CAD systems. Since the company was founded in 1992, our products have been developed with great passion and continuously improved.
With this long-standing experience with CAD systems, our products create real added value for our customers. Time-saving and error-preventing components are particularly important to us. User-friendliness is a core component of application development.
Good solutions can only be delivered by those who are deeply rooted in the industry, recognize opportunities and challenges, and understand what makes technical sense.
That is why we have always worked closely with customers and manufacturers and offer customized solutions and automation in addition to our existing products such as cbaCAD xD and cbaCAD Connect (Interfaces to other applications, e.g., Revit).
Regular exchanges with associations such as the IFBS (International Association for Light Metal Construction) motivate and inspire us to continue thinking innovatively.
We promote open standards such as Industry Foundation Classes (IFC) and the resulting compatibility in CAD. In large construction projects such as stadiums, airports, train stations, or industrial halls, the smooth interaction of the trades involved is crucial.
Since industrialization, the automation of processes has come to the forefront of designers' thinking. Heavy work that has always had to be done by hand is now performed by machines. We believe that this paradigm shift must also be anchored in digital planning.
Whether in lightweight metal construction, steel construction, or the overall planning of building envelopes, CAD automation is the next step in the construction industry. We contribute to this every day.
Technical progress should not overwhelm; it should inspire! We want to convey this enthusiasm to each and every one of our customers.
And we have been doing so for more than 30 years.
