The development of A>V>C> programs is based on 25 years of experience in engineering and managing a team of designers.
A>V>C> plugins do not have a narrow specialization, they are not a complex industry solution. They were not created only for the exhibition or furniture business, although it was in these areas that they found the widest application. A>V>C> plugins arose from the need to eliminate the routine, speed up the work, eliminate the "human factor" errors. Most of the functions work only with solid 3D models, but there are also commands for working with flat 2D-contours and with any blocks. A>V>C> programs will not force you to relearn, to work differently than you are used to. They allow you to stay within the familiar AutoCAD interface, avoid pop-up windows, unnecessary requests. Their goal is not to turn AutoCAD into another program, but to supplement it with small, simple and useful features.
Today, more than a thousand engineers from all over the world use A>V>C> plugins every day. Most users are in the USA, Germany, Great Britain, Ukraine. But there are users all over the world. Hundreds of small companies and large companies like Impact XM. A>V>C> plugins  have been included in the curriculum at a couple of furniture colleges in Germany.

Furniture and exhibitions engineers are often faced with the requirement to provide all parts as flat outlines in a dxf file format. Although this technology has long been outdated, modern CAM programs have learned to control CNC machines directly from solid parts and directly from dwg. But people are conservative and dxf files are still needed. To fully automate this boring work, A>V>C> DXF-export program is intended. You just need to draw a 3d model of furniture from solid parts (solids). 

The program will do the rest:
* Find the same parts regardless of their location in space.
* Call Lay-program to layout the details of the main plane in a flat plane XY.
* Writes, if necessary, the title to every detail with a description of the material and quantity.
* Calls up the NC-prepare program for recognition of machining technologies and contour preparation. Contours for milling, drilling, sawing are recognized. Through and blind machining are recognized separately; tilt, rotate, lateral processing.
* Makes flat contours of the part, pockets, dadoes, holes, sawing lines, edge lines of 5-axis machining surfaces.
* Assign layers to contours that are understood by popular CAM programs: BiesseWorks, BSolid, WoodWop, Thermwood
* In the layer names you can write down the milling depth, Z-position, drill diameters, any properties of detail and any text, for example, tool number.
* Replaces drilling contours with blocks as required, for example WoodWop
* Creates, if necessary, pseudo-3D contours from rotated lines and circles using the "Thickness" 3D property.
* Creates, if necessary, a rectangle in the size of the workpiece.
* Multiplicates the contours by the number of items in the batch.
* Saves contours to DXF files
* You can also save the original 3D solids themselves (rather than 2D contours) in DXF files - choose what your CAM program needs.
* You can configure to save all the details in a single DXF file, or you can save all the details separately.
* You can create subdirectories for the layers of the original solids, materials, colors, thicknesses.
* Already configured 9 CNC-styles for different naming layers, different modes and machines.

* You can save in DXF all the dimensions and leaders that the Dimensions for detailing command can do, including creating leaders with edge bandings.
* You can customize all options in the dialog box and in the AutoCAD settings window.

The program uses all the features of the Lay command: numbering parts, setting up headings, multiplying quantities, sorting parts, etc. The program can pull out all parts (solids) from assembly blocks.
All the possibilities of optimization of contours, rounding corners are also available, as in the Outside Loop program (OSL)
The program uses the capabilities of the NC-prepare to create the contours of the cutter exits out the part, select the cutter entry point, and so on.
The program can interact with the A>V>C> Properties Palette. The name of the part and other properties of the solid can be used in the title, in the name of the subdirectory and the dxf-file name.
The program works only with 3d-solids, does not work with meshes, surfaces. 
Just like the rest of the AutoCAD commands, A>V>C> program in most cases will not be able to work with solids imported from other programs.
The program does not know how to directly control CNC machines, does not create control programs in G-codes, does not assign machining modes and cutting tools. Only contours in DXF. You will have to use the CAM program installed on your machine. However, A>V>C> program will save you from acquiring a separate full-fledged CAM.
The program is suitable for 2D and 2.5D milling, sawing, drilling or laser cutting. Contours for 5-axis machining unfortunately are not transferred via DXF to any CAM program I know, but A>V>C> program can save the contours of the top and bottom of curved ends in DXF and you can build a 5-axis machining surface from them. Complex 3D surfaces are not processed.

AVC DXF Export

Normal multileader (MLeader) will be much smarter when you turn on this program. The multileader will be able to search the objects in the drawing under the place where their arrow points. In order to make a smart leader enough to create the normal multileader and to leave the text blank. Or enter a question mark ‘?’. Or you can type a special code word (substitution) instead of a multileader text. And if under the multileader arrow will find something valuable, the multileader text was miraculously replaced by a description of the found object. You can avoid a lot of mistakes and your work will be reduced to a couple of clicks! Automatic filling of the leader text will drastically reduce the time for drawing up assembly drawings and floor plans, electrical and any other schemes.

**The leader will be able to find**
* The blocks with names. If the block has normal name (not A$...), then the leader will show the block name. 
* Any attribute of the block. You can specify attribute to look for. Or write the attribute name right when you enter the leader and surround it with characters ‘%’. You can use hidden and constant attributes.
* Any parameter of dynamic block. Like the attributes, just specify the name of the parameter between the% characters.
* Solids. Leader measure solid and write information about it. For example, the dimensions of the part.
* Surfaces of solids. The leader can display information about the specified part face: color, material, area and perimeter.
* For all other objects, the Smart Leader can show the standard properties (color, layer, material, length), as well as properties added by the plug-in A>V>C> Properties Palette (Name, Kind, Info)
* The leader will find model space objects through a viewport and the leader is in paper space. 
* The leader can look for the most deeply buried objects within blocks and external references. This feature can be disabled in preferences. 

**Smart Leader features**
* With the ALD command, you can quickly place multiple leaders, making only 2 clicks on each leader and not using the keyboard.
* 
* The Smart leader will change the text if you move the arrow to another object of the drawing or if you move the entire leader using commands to _Move, _Copy, etc. 
* The Smart Leader can themselves create AutoCAD Fields that link to an object under the arrow. The Fields are updated when the properties of the object are changed.
* The program works with different styles of MultiLeader. For each style of setting their own. Do not forget about the _MLEADERSTYLE command.
* You can make smart leader with text or with a block at the end (text/block content), if the block has attributes.
* To avoid errors, the program can highlight found objects. 
* The Smart leaders easily turn off if they at some point interfere with work. 
* Flexible settings allow you to optimize the program for your needs. 

All the Smart Leaders can be updated by one click, without suffering the search for changes. And the leaders remember not the object to which they originally pointed, but the search settings. And when you update the leader, it looks for the object under the arrow again (if it's left there), and maybe the leader will find another object and replace itself with the text. This makes it possible to exclude heavy cases when the arrow of the leader shows one detail, and the text describes a completely different one.

The program interacts well with the plugins A>V>C> Properties Palette, Lay and Sawing Table. Once entering the part names in the properties of the solids, you can quickly place them on the leaders of the Assembly drawing and exploded drawings, and Sawing Table. Measurement of the solid follows the same rules as in the Sawing Table, regardless of the rotation of parts in space.

With the ALD command, you can quickly place multiple leaders, making only 2 clicks on each leader and not using the keyboard.

For all objects, the Smart Leader can show the standard properties (color, layer, material, length, group), as well as properties added by the plug-in A>V>C> Properties Palette (Name, Kind, Info)
