ELCOVISION ElTheo is a "device driver" for total stations with serial or Bluetooth interface, which allows a CAD program to communicate directly with the total station. Thus every function of the CAD system becomes a measuring function. The total station becomes a 3D digitizer for CADs.

The Stationing of the Total Station
The stationing of the total station is managed by ELTheo. Several stationing methods are available, such as free stationing in 2D and 3D, stationing on control points.
Stakeout Module
If a motorized theodolite is available, it can be controlled directly from the drawing: By clicking on a point in the drawing, this point is targeted by the theodolite and marked with the laser.
