TRICAD MS Piping 3D

If you work with flat plans of water pipes, gas pipelines and similar networks, then you probably have to solve the problem of constructing zone boundaries around this pipe. Typically, a pipeline is indicated by lines and curves. And there may be many more branches. It’s not difficult to make a couple of offsets in a line in both directions and add lines at the ends to close the contour of the zone. But what if there are dozens of lines, hundreds of branches, and you still need to remove the intersections of zone contours from different pipelines and combine them all into a single region, one closed polyline. Such work on a gasification plan for a small village can take half a day. But the simple and convenient AVC Zone command comes to your aid. You will only need to select the lines and the zone width (offset distance). Then the program will do everything itself almost instantly.
Another application of this program will be useful for CNC milling technologists. You will be able to construct a sampling contour along the trajectory of the circular cutter. For example, draw a polyline with a snake and call Zone with a distance of 5mm. You will receive a contour with a width equal to the size of a cutter with a diameter of 10 mm, repeating the shape of the original polyline with roundings at the ends. Now you can extrude this outline from the 3D solid.
## Additional program features
* Work with any 2D curves: lines, polylines, 2D polylines, splines, arcs, circles, ellipses.
* Working with 3D Curves: 3D polylines and 3D splines will be XY projected before drawing the zone outline. All other curves are also projected onto the XY plane.
* Working in the user coordinate system UCS. The result will lie in the XY plane of the current coordinate system, not the world coordinate system. This can be useful for engraving on flat surfaces of solids.
* On unclosed curves, the program can make two options for completion - connecting offsets in a straight line or in an arc.
* You can set up filtering of the original lines and not worry that the selection includes axes, dimensions and other auxiliary lines that do not need to be enclosed in a zone.
* You can create a zone as a region, instead of polylines and splines.
* You can automatically delete original curves.
* You can assign any layer to a zone or create a zone outline on the default layer. Moreover, if the layer you specified is not in the drawing, it will be loaded from the template or a new one will be created.
* You can disable the distance request and use the same distance many times.
* You can configure up to 9 zone styles and quickly switch all settings at once.

### Der Datenexport mit TRIC® GAEB
Dank unserer flexiblen Lösung kann der Datenexport problemlos aus jeder gewählten Hierarchie-Ebene erfolgen. Hierzu können entweder anlagenweise gruppierten Stücklisten oder auch Mengenlisten verwendet werden. So lassen sich Leistungsverzeichnisse sowohl als Anlagen-LV wie auch als Summen-LV erzeugen. Dies gilt ebenso für den Produktexport wie auch für den Export von Kabeln und Anschlüssen. 

Für den Kabelexport unterscheidet TRIC zwischen den unterschiedlichen Kabelklassen. Hierzu zählen: Standard, Brandschutz und Halogenfrei. Die Klemmen wiederum werden anhand von Durchgangs-, Trenn- und PE-Klemmen getrennt ausgegeben. Vor dem Export kann außerdem noch eine manuelle Zuordnung von Kostengruppen vorgenommen werden. Im Anschluss an die abgeschlossene Produktzuordnung kann dann die GAEB-Struktur erzeugt werden. 

 Neben der konformen Ausgabe von Stück- und Mengenlisten lassen sich auch Funktionslisteninhalte und -summen im GAEB-Format ausgeben. Hierbei können die Abschnitte 1, 2, 3 bis 6 sowie 7 und 8 selektiert und  organisiert werden. und entsprechend exportiert werden.

### The data export with TRIC® GAEB

Thanks to our flexible solution, data export can be carried out from any selected hierarchy level without any problems. For this purpose, either plant-by-plant grouped bills of materials or quantity lists can be used. In this way, bills of quantities can be generated both as plant bills of quantities and as total bills of quantities. This applies to the product export as well as to the export of cables and connections. 

For the cable export, TRIC distinguishes between the different cable classes. These include: Standard, Fire Protection and Halogen Free. The terminals, in turn, are output separately on the basis of feed-through, disconnect and PE terminals. Before exporting, a manual assignment of cost groups can also be made. Following the completed product assignment, the GAEB structure can then be generated. 

 In addition to the compliant output of parts and quantity lists, function list contents and totals can also be output in GAEB format. Sections 1, 2, 3 to 6 and 7 and 8 can be selected and organised and exported accordingly.

### Dynamische Linienverknüpfung Zustandsgraph

Zustandsgraphen und deren Umsetzung sind seit Langem etabliert und fester Bestandteil der Technik. Durch die dynamische Linienverknüpfung sind alle Aktoren und Sensoren mit dem Automationsschema eindeutig verbunden. Das Zustandsdiagramm zeigt so die Geräte mit den Zustandsgraph-Objekten wie Aktorik, Sensorik und Freitexten. Diese können hier außerdem in einem weiteren Schritt dynamisch verknüpft werden.  

 Sollte es bei diesem Schritt zu einer individuellen Modifikation gekommen sein, wird dies im Anschluss nachgefügt. Wenn der Anwender also beispielsweise Änderungen bei den Gerätekennzeichen vornimmt, werden automatisch alle diese Einträge im Zustandsdiagramm entsprechend angepasst. 

 Zudem lässt sich, egal wo sich das Objekt befindet, dieses kopieren und in der Blockverwaltung ablegen. Somit können Zustandsgraph-Makros erstellt werden, die in der aktuellen Bearbeitung genutzt, aber problemlos auch in andere Automationsschemen übernommen werden können. 

 Dabei bleiben natürlich auch nach Einfügen eines Makros alle manuell für jedes Gerät eingetragenen Freitexte erhalten. Darüber hinaus besteht ebenso die Option, Geräte in einer neuen Zeichnung nachträglich neu zuzuordnen. Alle Zustandsgraphen sind über mehrere Seiten anlegbar und lassen sich im Druckmodus mit dem Gesamtprojekt entsprechend ausgeben.

### Dynamic line linkage state graph

State graphs and their implementation have long been established and are an integral part of technology. Through dynamic line linking, all actuators and sensors are clearly linked to the automation diagram. The state diagram thus shows the devices with the state graph objects such as actuators, sensors and free texts. These can also be dynamically linked here in a further step.  

 If an individual modification has occurred during this step, this is added afterwards. If, for example, the user makes changes to the device identifiers, all these entries in the status diagram are automatically adjusted accordingly.
