This plugin extends the standard Autodesk® AutoCAD® point cloud cropping tools, which are limited to rectangular, polygonal, and circular crops and do not support locked point clouds. With this toolset, you can crop even locked point clouds, quickly isolate them, and access a wider range of cropping options. It’s designed to streamline point cloud workflows and provide more flexibility and comfort when working in AutoCAD.

The plugin adds a dedicated PCCTools tab to the AutoCAD ribbon, along with separate toolbars that provide access to the same features. A Settings button is included, allowing you to configure general preferences such as selection behavior.

The plugin supports working with multiple point clouds simultaneously, and unlike earlier versions, it does not require selecting a point cloud before using its functions—by default, all visible point clouds are included. This behavior can be customized in the settings.

All tools are fully compatible with locked point clouds, including cropping, isolation, and style modification.

Additionally, the plugin includes an insertion point monitoring feature. When enabled, it alerts you if a point cloud is accidentally moved, helping maintain spatial accuracy in your drawings.
